Ordering

Payment Method

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Paypal. For any other payment method please contact through email or Phone.
  • For all credit card payments the card holder’s name, billing address, and postal code should match the billing address on file with your banking institution.

Tax

  • Green Globe Supplies will charge sales tax for all sales.
  • GST and PST and HST will vary between the provinces
  • International tax will be paid by the purchaser

Refund & Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your product or products please return within 30 days from the purchase date. All items returned must be unopened in original packaging.We will provide a full refund or an exchange at equal value.
  • All refunds or exchanged items will not be shipped or refunded until the returned items are received and approved for exchange.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned products.
  • Green Globe Supplies will not accept items that have been used, not in original packaging, missing pieces and written on
  • Customized items and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the products are defected or misprinted.
  • All replacement or exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned items are received and approved for exchange
  • All items returned for exchange must be in the original package, unused and clean from any marking
  • There will be No returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Green Globe Packaging recommends customers to use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • All replacements or exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Schedule  

  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local Statutory holidays.
  • Local orders in the Vancouver, BC lower mainland and Tri Cities before 3pm will be delivered the next day
  • Online orders before 3pm will be shipped within 1-2 days
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will shipped within 1-3 days
  • We also offer all Canada Post services including 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air (Canada Post delivery rates apply).
  • Live Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight and size of your order and the method of shipment.
  • Green Globe Supplies advice to plan ahead to make sure your deadlines are met and your products arrive on time.
